Eric (and by extension his personal assistant Allison) sold our condo in the Sanctuary GC on Sanibel quickly and efficiently - post-Hurricane Ian and well after the end of the ‘Season’. Eric assessed its value correctly and marketed it flawlessly. Eric’s depth of knowledge of the Sanibel marketplace and his advice on the timing of the listing and then the negotiating process provided us good counsel. When an unexpected A/C failure the week before the Closing caused concerns, his relationship with vendors to quickly address the issues of concern ‘made the problem go away’. Eric was always responsive and available no matter where we were or where he was.
