We recently purchased a canal home on Sanibel, and had an excellent experience start to finish working with Lisette Hitt of Pfeifer Realty Group. We started a casual search two years ago, and Lisette set up search parameters for us that ensured we saw every listing as it hit the market. We made a last minute visit to Sanibel over the holidays, and Lisette even got us in to see a home on Christmas Eve that hadn't been listed yet. We finally made an offer on a property in February, and ran into a a hiccup with the inspection that required skillful negotiation and problem solving. Lisette provided calm and sensible guidance, bringing in experts when needed. We were under a tight timeline to find a solution that would allow us to close on time. Lisette communicated clearly and always responded quickly to calls, texts and emails. Her knowledge of the local Sanibel market was very helpful, and helped us understand the nuances of various canal locations. We would highly recommend working with Lisette and Pfeifer Realty Group.

These people are self obsessed and very rude to other locals. The whole team with their pink polyester jackets. They directly lied and tried to deflect who it was in the reply to this to another group so I'll now call out the exact names of the employees that i recognized from their website: Kerri, Kelly, Wendy Kerri was the rudest. It was an all-female group. I will not be gaslit about this.
